De Buena Vibras wasn't built in a boardroom.
It started in 2019, though honestly, it started much earlier. I've been writing since childhood. Stories, newsletters, campaigns. I was always a much better writer than speaker, and somewhere along the way I realized that was a gift, not a limitation.
Growing up Dominican in New York taught me a lot about appearances. Blowout before every family gathering. Overdressed to every interview, because in my world, how you showed up said everything. But eventually I learned that what gets you in the door and what keeps you there are two very different things. Looks fade. Knowledge remains. That's when I stopped performing and started building.
De Buena Vibras, of good vibes, from good vibes, was born from a simple belief: everything worth doing should be done with good intention, or not at all. I bridge worlds for a living. English and Spanish. Strategy and soul. The executive and the team. The leader and the audience. I've always lived in the in-between, and I've learned that's exactly where the most important conversations happen.
The first person I ever helped find her voice was my mom. She'd spent her whole life advocating for everyone else. I helped her see that choosing herself wasn't a sin. It was her right. That moment never left me.
Today I do that for founders and leaders. I get to know you, your pain points, your vision, your voice. Not sure what that vision is yet? We find the clarity together.
I'm not here to be everything to everyone. We may not vibe, and that's okay. I'll probably know someone who's a better fit. But if we do connect, you'll get someone who shows up with full authenticity, genuine care, and one non-negotiable:

Most ghostwriting feels like ghostwriting. You can tell. The words are polished but hollow. They could belong to anyone.
I work differently. Before I write a single word, I learn how you think, what you value, and what you'd never say. Then I write the version of you that was always there, just waiting for space.
